Group kayak paddling is an excellent way to create an atmosphere of teamwork and enjoyment. Our programs place an emphasis on FUN first with the enjoyment of each group member being paramount. The subtle lessons learned while paddling together through varying individuals comfort zones, relying on each other to get from A to B and working for a common goal, are reinforced by our experienced facilitators.

Noosa Cup Sailing Regatta – 2 hours
Do you want some real competition and fun for your group to sink their teeth into while in Noosa? In the spirit of Australia II and the Americas Cup campaigns that have gone before us, your teams have the chance to compete and challenge the best in Noosa for the right to be crowned Champion Team of the Noosa Cup Sailing regatta.
We set a course that your teams attempt to master through their learnt expert knowledge of the local waters, winds and currents. The opposing competitors are using every trick in the book to gain that slight advantage that will see them crossing the finish line first. A mixture of paddling and sailing legs on the course will emphasise the strengths and weaknesses of all teams participating. Course and competition guidelines relayed by the regatta officials at the pre-race brief will be stringently enforced, with officials not accepting any protests from teams, unless cleverly coerced, of course!
The first team crossing the finish line after the completion of the set course will be deemed Noosa Cup Sailing champions and will get to hold their take home trophy aloft to the adoring crowds and onlookers.
All this fun can be enjoyed within a 2 hour period with the guarantee your group members will have a blast. We are the only kayak company that offers kayak sailing on its tours or group adventures.

Kayaking Adventure with Guide – 2 hours
Join Kayak Noosa for an exciting morning or afternoon of adventure on the Noosa River. We start from our Kayak Noosa base and cover all aspects of the tour before departing, with a thorough safety and instructional brief.
Our options are endless once the group is underway and falling into the relaxed groove of paddling. We like to explore the more protected parts of the river which only kayaks can access due to varying water depths and space. We will see many examples of wildlife local to the river with an abundance of various stingray species, fish and many species of water and land birds.

Kayaking Adventure with Guide – 4 hours
The above 2 hour itinerary can be extended to 4 hours which will include a hearty morning or afternoon tea and the opporatunity to explore the more hidden aspects of our pristine river system. We combine freshly learnt paddling skills with some exciting wave action on the inner sections of the Noosa River mouth which will have group members surfing the kayaks on nice long runs of 50 meters. A bit of a splash and laugh watching work colleagues or team mates tackle the knee high breakers. After plenty of action and fun it’s time to return on the homeward leg to our base.

Tour Inclusions:
Instruction with professional kayak guides, all the kayaking gear and equipment that you need, including PFD’s, dry bags for your personals, snorkeling equipment and plenty of FUN.
A hearty morning/afternoon tea included where noted.
What to bring:
Swimwear and towel, bottle of water, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, sport sandals or thongs.
Booking Conditions:
Kayak Noosa reserves the right to amend each tour itinerary based on weather conditions at time of tour commencement. Our alternatives are just as great.
All group bookings are subject to minimum numbers and a per adult price. To confirm group bookings we require either payment in full or a 50% deposit with the balance being payable at least 7 days before tour commencement.
Final numbers must be confirmed with Kayak Noosa at least 7 days prior to tour commencement.
Group bookings can be paid by Credit Card or direct deposit into our account.
Kayak Noosa Group Programs Cancellation Policy
1) Group bookings cancelled outside of the 7 day period before tour departure, will receive a full refund. Less a $100 cancellation fee. Notification must be
received at least 7 days prior to tour departure and be given by way of e- mail, fax or phone call to our Kayak Noosa office.
2) Reservations cancelled inside of the 7 day period before tour departure will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
3) No shows, will attract a 100% charge with no refund.
