If you are seeking out other paddler's to get on the water with in our beautiful Noosa region then we can assist you. Our Noosa Paddler’s Club hosts regular paddling sessions for all craft types and paddler levels.

Kayak Noosa has been operating paddling businesses for over 15 years and we have the right recipe and ingredients to make your time on the water very enjoyable. There are no joining fees required from you to participate in our social paddles and events.

When you join our Noosa Paddler’s Club you are entitled to a range of benefits including  preferred prices on all items in our kayak shop you will receive monthly updates regarding group paddles, retail specials, demo days, new product launches and instructional programs.

Kayak Noosa is pleased to introduce our Women on Water paddling program every Monday @ 9.30am for women who paddle and those who would like to try it for the first time.

The fun, friendly and informal sessions are for women only and will run for up to 2 hours every Monday from 9.30am. Explore the Noosa River’s protected waters and enjoy a coffee and chat on return. There is no charge for people with their own kayaks, or kayak hire is available at the discounted rate of $15 for 2 hours. NOOSA PADDLER'S CLUB SOCIAL PADDLES

Meet at 7am - Every Sunday (Excluding School Holidays)
Kayak Noosa Kayak Centre - The Boathouse Marina, 194 Gympie Tce, Noosaville

All craft types welcome. A mixture of river and ocean paddling to choose from depending on weather conditions. Meet other paddlers for a great morning on the water. Most social sessions will have a duration of approximately 2 hours. Then it's back to the beach for coffee and tall tales of paddle adventures.
A great variety of Hire craft available, please call Kayak Noosa on 0448 567 321 to book. (Special hire rates for Club paddlers) $20.00 for 2 hours.

NOOSA PADDLERS SKI SESSIONS 

Meet at 4.30pm - Every Wedesday (Excluding School Holidays)
Kayak Noosa Kayak Centre - The Boathouse Marina, 194 Gympie Tce, Noosaville

These sessions are designed to get current and want to be ski paddlers of these effecient craft onto the ocean to gain confidence and improve skill and fitness levels. If the ocean isn't conducive on the day weather wise, we will paddle the Noosa River instead. These social ski sessions will have a duration of 1 - 2 hours. We have racing ski's for hire but numbers are limited so you will need to reserve a ski by contacting us the day before. Ski Hire is $25.00 per session. Kayak Noosa ph5455 5651

Kayak Noosa is the Sunshine Coast dealer for Epic Kayaks and we have a range of Demo ski's for people to trial before making the decision to purchase.

NOOSA PADDLERS CLUB DEMO DAYS

Stick around after the organised social paddles for a coffee and chit chat about your morning adventures followed by the opportunity to demo a variety of kayaks and ski's. Kayak Noosa instructors will be on hand to discuss any queries you may have about craft design, equipment and technique.

Considerations when paddling with others

Please be mindful before deciding to join one of the social paddles that you have the necessary experience and skills to participate in these trips. These trips will be varied in skill level depending on variables like, location, duration, group numbers, weather and intended paddle plan.

These trips will not necessarily be accompanied by a Kayak Noosa representative acting in a guide/instructor or group leader’s role. Kayak Noosa representatives are not responsible for the safety and well being of participants. All individuals are responsible for their own safety, preparation, equipment and skill level. No paddler should be expected to spend any portion of the trip duration acting as a trip leader.

Paddlers will need to communicate with each other before and during the intended trip. Study charts, currents and weather forecasts to get an idea of what to expect on these days. Look out for other paddlers in the group, if there are varied capabilities on the day with paddler’s skill and speed, make sure no paddler ever gets left behind or on their own. Match equivalent skill levels to others in the group for support, safety & consistency.

We are not trying to discourage anyone, but rather deliver a good dose of reality. You are joining these trips of your own free will and therefore responsible for your own actions and capabilities. If you want to join the more advanced paddlers on these trips but don't have the skill level, then sign up for one of our Introductory or Advanced programs and get up to speed so you can tackle most ocean conditions.
